Rates and Info

Rates:

• Nightly: $195/night, double occupancy, two night minimum.
• Weekly Rates (seven days, six nights): $900/week.
• Monthly Rates: ed depending upon season and availability.
• Additional person rate: $25 for those 16 years of age and under, in the same room.
• Unfortunately, guests of the Castle must be 8 years of age or older. Sorry.
• $200 refundable security deposit (please read our policies.)
• There is a cleaning fee of $75. (Your room will be expertly cleaned and inventoried prior to your arrival and again after your departure.)
• All rates subject to Hawaii State Taxes: GET (General Excise Tax) 4.16% and TAT (Hotel Tax) 7.25%.

Payments:

• Reservations require payment of $200 (refundable security deposit). 50% deposit of total booking must be received within thirty days of your date and the balance/50% must be received two weeks of your date. If your payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be subject to cancellation. (Holiday and peak times - Ironman, Merrie Monarch, Easter Vacation or in December - balance is due 30 days prior to arrival).
• Payments may be made by certified check, money order or PayPal in U.S. funds, however, out of the U.S. PayPal only will be accepted.
• Once we confirm availability of your reservation request, we will contact you by phone or email.

Cancellations:

• We will gladly refund your deposit less a fifty-dollar service charge as long as we receive written notice of cancellation at least thirty days prior to the scheduled arrival date, except:
• Cancellations during holidays, Iron Man or Merrie Monarch event dates must be made 90 days or more prior to your arrival date.
• We regret that cancellations received fourteen or fewer days prior to arrival date will only receive a fifty percent refund of the deposit.

Check in/Check Out:

• Check-in time is 3:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Early check in, late check-out may be accommodated if requested before arrival, depending on availability.
