Rates and Info

Rates:

• Nightly: $150/night, double occupancy, three night minimum.
• Book six nights or more: $125/night.
• Weekly Rates (7 nights): $600 (one night @n/c!)
• Two weeks (14 nights): $1200 (two nights @n/c!)
• Monthly Rates: depending upon season and availability, please call. And in fact call anytime for possible specials and promotions. If it is very slow, we are negotiable. We'd rather have guests than an empty room! 8-)
• Additional person rate: $25 for those 13 years of age and under, in the same room.
• Unfortunately, guests of the Castle must be 8 years of age or older. Sorry.
• $200 refundable security deposit (please read our policies.)
• There is a cleaning fee of $50. (Your room will be expertly cleaned and inventoried prior to your arrival and again after your departure.)
• All rates subject to Hawaii State Taxes.

Payments:

• Reservations require payment of $200 (refundable security deposit). Total must be received by 30 days of your date. If your payment is not received by the due date, your reservation will be subject to cancellation and yor deposit is forfeit. (Holiday and peak times - Ironman, Merrie Monarch, Easter Vacation or in December - balance is due 60 days prior to arrival).
• Payments may be made by certified check, money order or PayPal in U.S. funds, however, out of the U.S. PayPal only will be accepted.
• Once we confirm availability of your reservation request, we will contact you by phone or email. We will then "put it in writing" for you in a "rental confirmation" to be returned to us with your signature..

Cancellations:

• We will gladly refund your deposit less a fifty-dollar service charge as long as we receive written notice of cancellation at least sixty days prior to the scheduled arrival date, except:
• Cancellations during holidays, Iron Man or Merrie Monarch event dates must be made 90 days or more prior to your arrival date.
• We regret that cancellations received fourteen or fewer days prior to arrival date will not receive a refund of the deposit.

Check in/Check Out:

• Check-in time is 3:00 - 8:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
• Early check in, late check-out may be accommodated if requested before arrival, depending on availability.
